I begin a series of videos from Indonesia at the northern tip of the island of Sumatra in the coastal city of Banda Aceh. The world became familiar with Banda Aceh in 2004 as the city nearest the epicenter of the horrific Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami that claimed tens of thousands of lives here. But this capital of semi-autonomous Aceh Province is unique for another reason; it’s the only place in heavily Muslim Indonesia officially under Sharia Law, based on principals of the Koran.
