While I realize this video doesn’t focus strictly on the 45RND magazines and I do have some tangent-opinions.. at the same time these mags aren’t terrible, I simply have other preferences. I’m not necessarily trying to talk people out of these.. I just think the overall RPK dirt churning length is impractical unless you compete.. that being said; loving freedom and loving to own shit our state politicians and fed government get scared at night thinking about is always something that’ll bring joy to my heart. So they have their place. I’ll take all the 556 AK magazines I can get.. however the length makes these a little odd to handle as well as carry in standard tactical gear. I suppose Galil mag pouches may work? (Have not tried). I do think the current quad stack (coffin) mag offerings from AC unity work pretty darn well. Time will tell on those. I’ll continue to run them for a year and see if I get any feedback lip damage or poor feeding due to the internal springs binding up. Same goes for the feel lips on these gun mag warehouse magazines.. the extra spring tension could cause some issues.. but time will tell.. I do think their cost while affordable is a little high.. but they’ll run sales here in the future so I’m not too concerned about it.
