Our Medical Assistants love working at Baptist Health because they have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills while working with a team they know they can count on. I loved my job 'cause I always love what I do, but I was just stuck. Working at Baptist, they encourage growth. [Medical Assistant 2] [Video: Employees working together] I was very nervous at the beginning, but again, with the support of everybody, the practice, they believed in me, you can do it. [Medical Assistant 3] You see more patients, and you're exposed to so much more knowledge that you can learn from than working in a regular, private study. [Medical Assistant 4] You have the opportunity to learn, to continue education. They wanna see you grow. [Medical Assistant 5] The supervisor or the manager, they're always there for you. You always have someone there to help support you. That's what I like about this team. [Medical Assistant 6] We make a very good team and part of the reason is because we have the same goals and that is to deliver the best patient care possible. [Medical Assistant 3] As a new CST, as a new MA, you get to shadow other MAs and to kind of implement whatever you have learned into it and into your work. [Medical Assistant 7] I really enjoy working here, and I'm planning to retire here. [Medical Assistant 8] I like the doctors. They're really nice, you know, the way that they treat you with respect. They always say thank you, and that's what I like about it. [Medical Assistant 1] I wake up every morning loving my job. I have security with my job. Working with a team, with the doctors, they're always willing to show you new things and it's never a dull moment working here at Baptist. Every day I leave learning something new.
