After releasing my Hindi acoustic cover of Na Jaane Kyun (originally sung by Lata Mangeshkar), many of you asked me to sing its Bengali counterpart — the timeless "Pagol Hawa", first recorded by Jatileswar Mukherjee in 1961. But later a version recorded by Subir Sen became more popular. Written-composed by the iconic Salil Chowdhury. Unlike the Hindi version, this song feels more abstract, poetic, and rooted in Bengali romanticism. This cover is my heartfelt tribute to that subtle melancholy and lyrical elegance.
