Gino was never happy with his overall appearance, primarily because of the large hump in his nose. He met with Dr. Cruise for a consultation at which time his photos were taken and uploaded to a 3D imaging program to show the improvements which could be made. Dr. Cruise was able to point out that his primary problem was actually his recessed chin and lack of neck line. The nose was actually the secondary problem. Dr. Cruise explained how having a neck lift w/ chin implant would make the biggest overall changes and rhinoplasty would be a compliment to those procedures. Gino decided to have all 3 procedures done at the same time and talks about how he looks better than he could have imagined following surgery.
