How to take an insulin Injection for the first time with an insulin pen | The Hangry Woman

An Insulin injection can seem completely terrifying the first time you have to do it. Here's how I do my daily injection. It's super easy, usually takes me about 30 seconds, and isn't always painful (although sometimes my insulin does burn a little bit going in). I'm just sharing the detailed, step-by-step process of everything I do to prep for an injection. I'm also showing you different insulin injection sites that work well, plus how to know if your insulin pen is working or not. This video shows a subcutaneous injection!
