Liz Mosley's love for independent businesses didn’t come from a strategy session or an exercise in niching down - it came from standing at craft fairs, talking to other creatives and feeling like one of them. Liz realised early on that corporate work didn’t suit her design style or her personality. What did light her up was supporting creative founders who were building something meaningful, often with limited time and smaller budgets. So instead of chasing prestige clients, Liz intentionally designed her business around the people she most wanted to help. By diversifying her income streams, she created a model that allowed her to keep working with small businesses - without missing her mortgage payments or compromising her values.
