You can see her spin records regularly at brilliant corners and she has shared line ups with artists such as Dar Disku, Lakuti, Sadar Bahar, Mafalda, and Cosmo Sofi at various venues across town. Along with playing at festivals, clubs and listening bars she has also frequently appeared at NTS, Balamii and Soho Radio and she has a regular monthly show on The Boat Pod where she explores her vast music collection. My love for all forms of percussion runs deep in my musical DNA. I trace these roots back to my heritage, growing up in the Balkans, a region where the rhythmic richness of our folk music has always been a dominant force. The magical sunset drumming I experienced at Benirras in Ibiza at the end of the summer tied all these threads together.
