Yamaha Zuma (BWS) 125 scooter off road to the top of Rowher Flats, California

To make things interesting, I decided to test out the "light off road" capabilities of my stock Zuma 125 by riding from downtown LA to the top of Rowher Flats. This video shows the off road part of my trip from the staging area to the top of Rowher Flats OHV. Total travel- about 150 miles round trip on streets, dirt roads, trails, and the freeway when I could get away with it. 6N07 and 6N08 were some of the dirt roads/trails I took. The Yamaha Zuma did remarkably well on those stock tires other than several near front wheel wash outs. When I finished my trip, I went to have a beer and a friend of mine asked, "Why don't you do that on a real bike?" Yes, I have done that many times on a "real bike," but the point was to do it on a 125cc stock scooter, thank you very much! Stock 2012 Yamaha Zuma 125 with 30l saddle bags, Go Pro camera.
