How to make Baked Fish in A Puttanesca Sauce Hi and welcome to my channel 'My Home Hob'! With main meal dishes cooked in my simple flat kitchen for you to recreate at home, Baked Fish in A Puttanesca Sauce is easy to make and very tasty, with simple to find ingredients. Join me today as I show you how to make Baked Fish in A Puttanesca Sauce. Ingredients 600g White Fish (I used Cod and Haddock) 400g Chopped Tomatoes 3 Garlic Cloves (Finely Chopped) 100g Pitted Black Olives 1/3 Cup Olive Oil 3 Anchovy Fillets 2 Tbsp Dried Oregano 3 Tbsp Capers Chilli Flakes and Chopped Basil to Garnish 100ml White Wine Cook time 10 - 20 minutes Directions: 1. Preheat your Oven to 200C 2. Fry the Anchovy Fillets for 2 minutes or until they dissolve 3. Add the Garlic and fry for around 2 minutes 4. Add the White Wine and simmer for 4 minutes (to burn off the alchohol) 5. Add your tinned tomatoes and simmer for around 3 - 7 minutes 6. Add Olives and Capers and mix well 7. Place your fish in the Sauce and then place in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes 8. Garnish with Chilli Flakes and Chopped Basil 9.
