The NEW META for Recruitment Focuses

So previously I showed you my method to get the most out of recruitment focuses. Well FM tried to somewhat limit their effectiveness but undeterred I've fought back and found a new Meta (or two) that make it even more effective and increases efficiency at lower levels. I do caveat this a lot in the video that I don't know how effective it is at the upper echelons but for you lower level saves where you have scouting budget it's "chefs kiss".
