The CB100C works like a regular key light, between 3000 and 6000k color temperature but then also full RGB colors also! The stick lights are magnetic and have a Touch Bar on the side to choose the colors - they also work on the same app - and both types of lights work together. They ALSO work on a 2.5ghz connection without the app where whatever you do to one light happens on all of them.
