Around and Around Lead Guitar Cover Recorded with a 2006 Gibson Les Paul Standard through a Vox AC15. This is Keith's lead part that he would have played on his 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard. Notice how he included a nice rhythmic pattern when playing what would normally be a standard blues shuffle. The key to getting this tone is to turn the gain on the amp up enough to get some distortion when playing harder, yet not too much so you can still play clean with a lighter touch. Since the original lead guitar was panned hard right in the stereo field, I isolated the left channel to remove Keith, so all the guitar you are hearing is me.
