Monkey Butter/ This tropical flavored jam is so easy to make and your family will love it!

We had this yum filled jar of goodness over pancakes this morning and it is absolutely one of those smack the table kind of good treats that will have you craving more ! Have any of you ever had this? Well if you haven't, then you might want to give this delicious stuff a try. This also makes a great gift for a friend. They will love it! Your family will too! They will devour this amazing tropical jam within weeks! See recipe below: 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple undrained 3 c. sugar ¼ c. shredded coconut ( ground coconut is best) 3 tbsp. lemon juice 5 large ripe bananas with no brown spots You may keep refrigerated for up to 6 weeks or you can freeze this. Canning? Well some advise not to and others say it last up to 1 year. I recommend up to 6 weeks and keep refrigerated. This only makes about 2 1/2 pints and I do keep it in the fridge. Enjoy! Deb
