(this video used to have annotations but stinking yt got rid of them) Good question which really puts Naik on the spot. Shame the questioner was too polite to push home the advantage, also he let Naik off by having two questions. First, confuse the audience with a few irrelevant "facts", then belittle the questioner ("I am a doctor, you are just an engineer" ), Use a rubbish hadith - sorry a "weak"/ probably fabricated hadith He says there is a hadith from the prophet saying you should not marry cousins generation after generation.
