These stretches have helped hundreds of our patients. They are done at home or at work. You can do them on your own. Please do not deviate from the instructions. The details are key to your success. • • If you have had shoulder surgery in the last 3 months ask your physician if it’s ok to stretch without restrictions. • • • You can do these stretches if you have stiffness following an injury or definitely if you have a Frozen Shoulder. • • Do not do them if your shoulder frequently dislocates. • • Otherwise do them daily 2-3 x a day.
