Erzurum walking tour: a city on the Anatolian Silk Road, Türkiye
Hi everyone, We made this video walking around the city centre of Erzurum in Eastern Anatolia in the evening. We stayed in the centre of the city and were happy to discover that many of the typical sightseeing spots were right there within a short walk distance, e.g. the castle of the city, Çifte Minareli Medrese, Yakutia Madrasa, etc. Erzurum seems to be a more traditional city and has so many great historical buildings to discover. Btw if you arrive in Erzurum by bus note that the bus station is a bit further from the centre but city buses are running back and forth frequently and only cost 4 TL. If you take a taxi you will pay closer to 50 TL depending on your destination. We hope you will enjoy this video!
