***I DO NOT OWN THE MUSIC... JUST THE MOVEMENT***. On my Instagram I always post LNIs. (Late night improv). It’s kind of this tradition I started with myself. Improv is one of my favorite things to go do in a studio by myself. It’s actually my therapy. If there is ever anything going on in my life whether it’s happy, sad, exciting, frustrating, or anything in between, improv helps me deal with those feelings without lashing out at people or #subtweeting (HAHA, yeah right). But seriously, it’s kind of crazy how therapeutic dancing in a dark studio to one of your favorite songs can be. I know this improv is a long one but you can't put a time limit on how you're feeling in a moment. I haven’t posted a YouTube video in over three months! ALL SUMMER! WOAH! It’s been a hectic one full of traveling on faculty with Tremaine Dance Conventions and teaching/choreographing all over the country. I promise there will be more videos to come.
