Our 2025 Britcar season begins at Silverstone — a full race weekend of preparation, setbacks, pressure, and progress. From first laps to the chequered flag, this is the reality of endurance racing. This video covers the entire ‪@britcartv1497‬ Silverstone weekend, from Friday testing through qualifying and both races. It was also a milestone moment: my teammate Andrew’s first-ever race weekend, following a year-long development journey with us — from simulator training, to track cars, and finally into the M2 CSR. The weekend tested us early. Friday brought contact and nerves, followed by a reset and a measured response. Race day introduced new pressure with technical issues in qualifying, yet Andrew delivered a strong debut grid position. Two composed races followed, showing resilience, learning, and steady progression under real race conditions. By the end of the weekend, apprehension had turned into confidence and genuine enjoyment — the kind that only comes from working through problems and seeing development pay off. A grounded, confidence-building start to the season, and a clear signal of what 2025 would demand.
