Speak Low opened in 2014 and has since become one of Shanghai’s defining cocktail institutions. To celebrate this occasion, Speak Low & The SG Shochu brought in some of our favorite bartender icons from Shanghai, including Yao Yu (Union Trading Company), Cross Yu (Epic Shanghai), and Michael Chen (The Cannery). Commemorating The SG Shochu’s China launch in July 2021, the cocktail menu consisted of the three bartender’s original concoctions using The SG Shochu.
