If you watched my video "Is One Exercise All You Need to Get Strong?", then you already know what kind of training technique I'm using. In that video I said that I sometimes skip one set. For example, if I do 30 kg for 3x3, the next session I might go 30 kg for 5x3 or even 6x3. That actually wasn't that bad. But what I did recently was worse. I started changing the weight too often and I also stopped writing down (journaling) my training sessions. Since that time I haven't made much progress. I was going from 32.5 kg to 35 kg, then to 40 kg, and while I could still work with those weights, I wasn't really building strength.
