We need to be sure to have good etiquette when eFoiling, that's for sure. Yet sometimes you can do everything right and go out of your way to accommodate others, and still get judged and blamed by an "authority figure" with an ego. The question also arises, who has the authority to control the waterways? Have they been granted the authority and power to remove those who they deem undesirable, and/or to impose a monetary fine on water sports enthusiasts? Some likely have this authority, such as Harbor Patrol and so on, but others don't but will act as if they do. Still, we do need to tread carefully in this area and show respect and courtesy.
