In this video I explain how to mount (so also dismount) the Saeco Incanto HD8917 automatic cofee machine after having cleaned it very well. Issue to resolve: the machine was not providing the normal amount of coffee as normal, but only some drops were coming out even after the full deep cleaning / descaling etc. described in the manual. Hence I had to dismount and remove the dirt inside the machine manually. Update of 14/05/2023: After many years from this video, I found my Saeco Incanto working as expected from the coffee point of view, but no hot water or steam was coming from the outlet on the left! Together with this issue I found the water coming out in the dripping plate. I dismounted the caffee machine as usual in this video and I just found that everything was working fine internally and it looks like just that the solenoid valve does not release the water. To resolve this issue I found a very good person who explained how to dismount the electric valve - you can find the video here:    • Saeco Philips solenoid valve hot wate...   You can find the video very useful trom 2 minutes onward where this person explains why the machine release constantly the water because the valve is stuck at open state (up). My issue was the same but opposite: since I didn't use the valve for years, the valve inside was completely stuck. I followed his advice to dismount the valve and I found that the piston inside was completely stuck. So unblock it I just used a needle to try to move it left or right and when it got unstuck I removed and I just added some water around. After this operation I cloded everything and the machine started to work again. Good Luck!
