MUST VISIT Upstate New York in the Fall | Saratoga Springs Weekend Trip

I am slowly getting caught up on editing all of my footage from this past fall! What with moving, traveling back to Seattle, and the holidays, there's a lot ☺️ Hopefully you all are down for more fall in New York content as there's a bit more coming after this. A few weeks after we moved into our apartment in NYC, we took a long weekend trip out of the city to go leaf peeping in Upstate New York. We took the Amtrak train and it took us about 4.5 hours from NYC to Saratoga Springs. We were a little bit too early to catch peek fall colours, but it was still a fun little adventure and we enjoyed exploring the town, being in nature, bike riding, and some very yummy food. If you are looking for a leaf peeping adventure from NYC that's doable without a car, we would highly suggest checking out Saratoga Springs (although, learn from our mistakes and either rent a car or schedule a taxi drop off/pick up if you do the local train ride 😅).
