UCL ran an exhibition in October 2019, culminating a 10 month programme of collaborative partnerships between UCL researchers and artists with a relationship to east London. This film highlights the commissioned partnerships and celebrates the results of their work. The activity is part of the Trellis programme of Community Engagement, funded by the EPSRC Impact Acceleration Account, which aims to facilitate knowledge exchange between researchers and communities and individuals based around the future UCL East campus. We are working with UCL staff and research students who are interested in working in partnership with artists to create a work to be displayed on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in October 2019. The activity is also part of the wider vision for UCL Public Art in creating opportunities for collaboration between artists, researchers and communities.
