Watch how I re-create this Disney Car Cake Design. I used Banana Cake with Cream cheese Frosting covered in Red Buttercream. The buttercream was coloured with Chef Master Red food colouring. For the checker Border and Flag I purchased an A4 Edible Icing sheet from my local cake Supply shop along with the Cars Emblem with name on it - which was wafer paper. The rest of the decorations are Fondant, for the inside of the Flag (skewer at the end to act as the Flag Post) Black Fondant for the road and white for the lines of the road. The white fondant ribbon in front of cake I had to Hand write "Happy Birthday" using a black Edible Marker. The 4 toy cars on the road was purchased from Target.
