ONTARIO, Calif., Nov. 1 (KNN) — A vehicle slammed into the rear-end of a tow truck on the shoulder of the 60 Freeway in Ontario overnight, leaving the driver dead at the scene. The California Highway Patrol received a 911 call around midnight regarding a traffic collision involving a tow truck on the eastbound 60 Freeway just before Vineyard Avenue. Once officers and firefighters arrived, they located a vehicle that rear-ended a tow truck on the right shoulder, loading a stalled vehicle.
