This video covers the governor and fan shaft assembly. One thing I didn't mention in the video and found out later from the gentleman who was helping me is the components on the fan shaft assembly are an air pump for injecting filtered air into the engine. The square piece you see in the video below a spring pumps up and down from the eccentric collar on the fan shaft. Air is pulled in from the air filter housing. Interesting contraption.
