This is a 60 minute step class with three combos. I taught this to my advanced group, so the progression might be a bit faster at times. If you would like me to post it in slower progression, let me know. Remember there are different levels you can chose to do, not all spins are mandatory :) Please make sure you watch your knees when you do the spins.
