Energy healing targets the energy field around the body, including the aura and chakras. Since we are all made up of energy on a molecular level, energy can also stagnate around certain areas in the body manifesting into pain or other issues. Reiki aims to help the flow of energy and help restore these blockages. It can also help aid in relaxation, speed up healing and reduce pain. Hi, my name is Eleana. I am a Usui Reiki Level 2 practitioner and a Rainbow Reiki Level 2 practitioner. I am currently busy with my Shamanic Apprenticeship, which I am really excited about.
