Cherry Delight with Pineapple Fluff Cherry Delight with Pineapple Fluff Ingredients: 16 whole graham crackers crushed 1 stick butter melted 1 Tbsp sugar 1 8 oz. Cream cheese softened 1 cup powdered sugar 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple drained 2 21 oz cans of cherry pie filling 1 8 oz container of whipped topping thawed Directions: Mix the crushed graham crackers, sugar and butter together Press the cracker mixture in the bottom of a 9 X13 dish (Optional) bake the crust at 350 degrees for 7 minutes and let cool completely. Mix the cream cheese Add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth Add the drained pineapple and fold together Add the whipped topping and fold together Spread the pineapple fluff on the cracker crust Spread both cans of cherries on top of the fluff Refrigerate for several hours and serve.
