Start with preparation: The video starts with 10 minutes to organize your study/workspace, grab a drink or snack, and outline your study/work plan. The prep time is all about getting the focused mood in and ready to tackle our plans! 💪 😊Stick to 1-2 major tasks or 4-5 smaller ones and break them down into clear, manageable steps. 2. Time to focus: When you hear the Jingle bells✨, it’s your cue to dive into focus mode. Stay Frosty Focus and give it your all! 3. Its break time: The 5 or 10 minute breaks are for you to stretch, stay hydrated, and reset your mind. We alternate between 5 minute breaks and 10 minutes depending on how long it has been since we first started, keeping our heads rested and ready for the next session.
