Metal Detecting Nevada | "The Widow Maker" Ghost Town of Delamar

In this video I travel 2 hours North from Las Vegas to Metal Detect the Ghost Town of Delamar. In the late 1800's 2,500 people called this mining valley their temporary home but little did they know that it would become their final resting place for hundreds of them. This mine claimed so many lives that the town was named the widow maker. There was said to be 400 widows in this town at one time. The cemetery here has about 20 visible graves. The rest of them are unmarked. The main street housed 3 banks, churches, saloons, opera houses, schools, and a post office among other businesses. This is my 3rd trip here in search of treasure. You know what they say "3rd times the charm".
