Sumit Kaushik had rented out the house to Himanshu four months ago. According to reports, Sumit's son Yash told that at around 6 pm, four people came to the flat and together they attacked Himanshu. This led to his death. After this, the information of the case was given to the police. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and saw that Himanshu's body was lying inside the flat. Police have sent the body for post-mortem and are investigating the matter. The accused have been identified as Ravi alias Qaidi, Sahil alias Gauri, Ashish alias Fauji and Akshay Khatri, they said. Three of the accused have been arrested.
