Jollibee Peach mango pie is famous for Filipinos all around the world. This is how I make peach mango pie Jollibee inspired and it’s a healthier version. This is easy to make and it’s delicious. Perlydee2020@gmail.com Ingredients: 1 box Puff pastry ( you can use pie crust) 2 ripe mangoes 2 ripe peaches ( you can use canned peaches) 1 tbsp. Butter Pinch of salt 1 tsp. Lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar ( adjust sugar as you prefer) 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 tsp. Cornstarch -dissolve in 2 tbsp. Water Instructions: 1. Prepare all the ingredients and utensils needed. 2. In a pre-heated pan on low heat add butter cook the mango and peach add pinch of salt, lemon juice and sugar. Give it a stir until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 20 minutes or more. 3. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Dissolve 1 tsp. Cornstarch to 2 tbsp. water then add to the fruit mixture. 4. Keep stirring until it thickens, watch it closely to avoid burning. 5. Set it aside and cool it down before assembling. 6. Prepare your pie crust or pastry crust and assemble the way you want. ( if you wanna wrap the way i did, pls pinch the tip or bottom of the pastry and make sure it sticks together/intact) 7. On a pre-heated oven @ 400 Deg. F cook for 20 minutes or more.
