Seabury is no longer a city divided. For too long, Route 10 and the local highway corridors acted as physical barriers, isolating our residential neighborhoods and throttling growth. In this episode, we execute a series of massive infrastructure overhauls to stitch the city back together. The centerpiece of today’s project is the total redesign of the Walnut Street interchange. By utilizing eminent domain to clear a path through older residential blocks, we’ve created a high-capacity "Suburban Spine" that extends Walnut Street across the water and into two brand-new districts: Fairview Dale and Aspenale. Beyond the highways, we tackle the "invisible" side of urban management—upgrading local arterials to 3x3 profiles, establishing a dedicated police compound in Midtown, and optimizing our over-capacity bus network to keep up with Seabury's rapid expansion.
