The Silver Star Ship Wreck - Mauritius.

The Silver Star wreck was a fishing trawler that sank in 1987, and can be found located off the north coast of Mauritius close to the island Coin de Mire (also known as Gunner's Quoin). It is reported that the Silver Star is the only wreck in the waters of Mauritius to still have her propeller intact due to other wrecks having theirs salvaged for scrap. At 57 metres in length, it lays in water of 42 metres deep, and allows the opportunity for penetration, and houses an abundance of life - with all of this information in mind we planned the dive on 21% O2, with a planned deco time of 8 mins.
