There was a spattering of maids, no cosplayers, mostly tourists and kids. I realized most of the action probably happens inside the buildings of Tokyo’s Electric Town. So I looped back around and wandered around, following the crowds, doing my best to peek inside some interesting stores (or enter them entirely when I thought it was appropriate). Afterwards I walked up to a newer development underneath the railroad tracks called 2k540 that housed some boutiques; it was so different from where I walked from I may as well have been on a different planet. I continued north, following the railroad tracks until I reached Ameyoko, where I’ll pick up at for the next video. Also, it was super windy!
