The Netherlands has a healthy history of great accordionists. John Woodhouse, Johnny Meijer, Harry Mooten, the Fairground Clients and the Three Jacksons were known and famous far beyond country's borders. This is also the case with Manfred Jongenelis. From an early age, this musician entertained the clientele in his father's café with his baby accordion. Later, when he started his own recording studio, artists asked if he could accompany them on their songs. From Father Abraham to Will Tura, and from Corry Konings to André Hazes, they all asked Manfred to play a game. Manfred grew into an internationally sought-after master accordionist. This tracks are selected from the album "Happy Foxtrot ". This album with the top Belgian saxophonist Franky Hayse contains unique duets on accordion and saxophone.
