He completed his undergrad in astrophysics and electromechanical engineering at Vassar and Dartmouth College and his graduate work in Aeronautics and Astronautics at Purdue University with a focus on Mars entry descent and landing. Since then, he has worked at NASA Ames, SpaceX, and Made In Space. He currently lives in Seattle, working as a piloting engineer on the development of NASA's Artemis V lander.
