Another Iris IOL Fixation - to save the day

This was a Surgery Done in a Patient complaining about Visual Acuity loss The IOL was not centered, and it was the 2nd time I have to a surgery in this patient for the same reason. At the past a simple rotation of the IOL solved it for 5 Years with 20/20 of VA. But now, it didn't work. Miosis was a ruge problem, and I got some bleeding issues. After a non success trying to capture the optics of the IOL by a posterior capsulorexis, I decided to made a Iris fixation, what solve my day, and after 3 months the patient is vey satisfied, recovering all lost vision.
