The Poseidon II is an industrial dye sublimation printing machine designed for high-quality and high-speed large-format production. The printer uses water-based dye sublimation technology, printing onto transfer paper for textile applications. This technology ensures vibrant colors and long-lasting print quality on fabric surfaces. The system is equipped with Kyocera print heads, available in 4-head or 8-head configurations, delivering precise ink placement across the entire printing width. Poseidon II operates with a 4-color ink system, including Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. An 8-color option is also available, adding Light Cyan, Light Magenta, Fluorescent Magenta, and Fluorescent Yellow, for even richer color output. Maximum resolution reaches 600 x 1,800 DPI, delivering sharp details and smooth color transitions. Maximum production speed is 760 m²/h, and the maximum printing width is 1,820 mm, making it suitable for large-scale industrial operations. Key technologies include a water-based head cooling system for continuous operation, a curved suction plate to prevent paper wrinkling, a linear motor with metal encoder scale for high-precision positioning, and an automatic chain wiping system for printhead maintenance.
