Reyer held on to secure a top four finish by prevailing 83-80 against Group A winner Jerusalem. Kyle Wiltjer blasted 19 points in an otherwise offensively poor first half, allowing his team to take a 42-35 lead into the locker rooms. The gap grew to 14 as Reyer dominated the third quarter, before Hapoel roared back to tie it, 73-73, with two minutes left. But Reyer was better in the latter stages and Anthony Lamb’s final attempt to force overtime missed. Wiltjer led the way with 22 points, supported manfully by Carl Wheatle with 12 points and 8 rebounds. Denzel Valentine and Amedeo Tessitori also scored 12, and Jordan Parks added 11. Jared Harper paced Hapoel with 24 points, while Austin Wiley had a double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds. Anthony Lamb and Khadeen Carrington both scored 11 points in defeat.
