You can have the same treatment done in multiple clinics and have a distinct and unique experience in every one of them. This was the case for me when having my session with Ken at KG Body Recovery. He was very thorough and descriptive in explaining each step of the process. The explanations of each movement, how it helped the body and the expected recovery period gave a better understanding of the different modalities of healing. I wasn't able to record it in the video but he also assisted in giving some daily neck and shoulder exercises similar to the stretching done by the end of the video to ail my morning tightness in that specific area.
