Dear future PhiBrow Artist, 💕 Our 2 day in person class will be an entire weekend full of information and hands on practice. Honestly, it may feel a bit overwhelming by the end of the day because there is so much to learn. Good news, there’s no need to worry you have 6 months continuing education and guidance from me after class is over. There’s no way to perfect this skill in only 2 days. Microblading is an art, it takes hours, weeks and months to pick up on a good technique. ❤️ Hands on practice and guidance from me live will be very helpful for gaining a great skill, technique and understanding the importance of precision and detail to create the look of a realistic and proportionate eyebrow. Once the in person class is over, you would then be considered my PhiBrows student for the next 6 months. You would have my guidance, advice and corrections through our Online Study “Craft Master”. There are 12 levels to complete before you gain your PhiBrows Artist Certification. During the in person class we work on all levels together. Once class is over you would practice at home to perfect each level before moving onto the next level. You work at your own pace, take a photo of your best work and submit it to me through our Craft Master App. This is when I give suggestions and critique your practice until you’ve got it down and you’re ready to move on. First you will learn on paper how to create a beautiful shape using the Golden Ratio. After this level is complete you'll be working on latex for a bit. (Fake skin.) You’ll use a blade and pigment from your practice kit provided to you. You’ll work on things such as pressure, stroke line distance, how to hold and move the tool to create curved strokes. Of course the last of the levels will be the real deal, a person. Once all levels are complete you would go from a student to a Certified PhiBrows Artist, placed on the world map and receive a Personalized Phibrows Artist Logo. By this time you will be ready to start taking clients with the knowledge and experience needed. ❤️ The Craft Master App allows 6 months access to all videos and lectures you will see in my class. Depending on the amount of practice and improvement a student makes will determine how soon they will pass. Students who make it a priority to practice will usually graduate between 2-4 months. You must be self motivated, dedicated, patient and driven to become successful in this skill. The PhiAcademy prides ourself on holding high standards so we can continue having Artist worldwide offering high quality Microblading work. Both myself and the PhiAcademy will provide the knowledge, technique and skill, but it’s up to the student to learn and grow as an artist. 😊 Microblading is a luxury. People are paying high amounts of money to have beautiful brows, especially if it’s amazing work. Hard work and gaining your skill on latex first will definitely pay off and be appreciated by clients. The income & satisfaction from having this career is life changing. To put into perspective, imagine only doing 3 clients in a day and making over $1000 within that 6-8 hours.
