FOR YEARS WATER HAS PENETRATED THE ROOF, WALLS, BASEMENT, GARDEN, BATHROOM, BEDROOM, KITCHEN, FRONT ROOM, UNDER THE FLOOR BOARDS, INSIDE THE WALLS, INSIDE THE CEILINGS. A SIMPLE MOULD WASH AND BASIC DAMP PROOF COURSE (WILL NOT) ERADICATE THE PROBLEM, THE TENANT COULD MOVE BACK IN AND END UP DIENG IF THE PROBLEMS ARE NOT FIXED PERMANENTLY. THE HOUSING ASSOCIATION COULD END UP BEING ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DEATH OF THIS TENANT IF THEY DO NOT FIX THE ISSUE PERMANENTLY. Poor tenant has had to lived in the mould and damp at 112a ground floor (WHA) property from 27th October 2020 to 12th December 2022, (WHA) have been investigated by (RSH) and have now told the (RSH) that they are aware of these issues at 112a flat and how they have impacted their TENANT, SOCIALLY AND FINANCIALLY AND ENVIRONMENTALLY and that they are going to fix them, the Tenant is now in Emergency Decant as of 12th December 2023 and (WHA) has started working on the 112a flat as of 13th January 2023 to date.
