We're digging into the roots of Anatoliki Romilia, exploring the villages where the traditional dance, "Tsestos," comes alive. Watch old videos from the Glenti celebration on January 1st in Neo, Monastiri, Domokos, and see how locals used to dance the Tsestos. Learn some moves from those old videos, and then see a new choreography we've created inspired by the Tsestos dance. We've also got a video of four local guys improvising in a local café! Discover how Tsestos can be brought to the stage with dance theater applications and new choreographies. In the last part, we talk about what's happening with traditional dance in Greece today.
