This is a thrown together meal that was born out of necessity one night. We like sloppy joes and we used to eat the sloppy part with mashed potatoes. Well my husband got burned out on that. As a result we used canned biscuits since we didn't have any hamburger buns. It was a sensation! I wanted to personalize this though and make it my own. I made homemade patticakes (biscuits).
