What’s up everyone, Erik here and welcome to Hardware For Gamers. In this video, we’ll be taking a look at the Arctic’s F12 fan. Okay with ate out of the way, I’m starting off with a quick overview of the F12 series from Arctic. There are 6 fans in the F12 series, and that is just the F12’s, I’m not counting the F14’s because that is a whole other video. So there is the F12 - that has a 3 pin fan connector F12 PWM - which has a 4 pin fan connector F12 PWM PST - that has a 4 pin fan connector with a built in splitter F12 PWM PST CO - which again has a 4 pin fan connector with a built in splitter, now CO Stands of Continuous Operation so these are really meant for servers. F12 Silent - which has a 3 pin fan connector and a lower rated max RPM of 800 And finally the F12 TC - TC stands for temperature controlled It has a 3 pin fan connector and a temperature sensor lead. Now the fan I tested is the F12 PWM PST.
