A first time rower would be better suited with the Oar Board®️ Fitness Row 12 or Oar Board®️ Adventure Row 13.4. Both of these models are more stable and comfortable for learning to row. Rough water rowing in wind and waves is possible but not recommended until great rowing skill and high proficiency is achieved.
